The French Pond Model is Dawn and Ric's favorite model. This 2300 square foot home features lots of open space in the main living area with tall ceilings and huge master windows that provide an abundance of light and added illusion of space.

The first level master suite is spacious and has the added feature of French doors opening into the Garden/Hot Tub Room. The loft area can be used as a Guest Suite or a home office. The bonous room above the Foyer and Garden/Hot Tub rooms is an ideal place for a private sitting area or an exercise room.
