Flat and Flat Milled Logs

This style log provides flat surface on both the interior and exterior of the building. This is a good style for small cabins; however, with both surfaces being flat, on a large building and from a distance the structure lacks detail unless it is profiled with a chink groove. We mill our flat logs with or without a chink groove. You can have a chink groove on one side or both. The choice is up to you.

We offer this style in all our log sizes: 6 "x8", 7" x 8", and 6" x 12", as well as our 'mini' log series which is used for camp cabins and sheds. The mini logs are either 3-1/2" W x 7-1/4"H or 3-1/2"W by 5-1/2"W. See our camp cabin series for details.
